Site
All games will be played at Graham Field, located in Lawson
Park. The main entrance to Lawson Park is at the intersection of South
14th Street and Walnut in Mattoon. If you get off Interstate 57 at Exit 190-B, you stay
on Route 16 west into Mattoon. At the 7th stoplight, turn left onto 14th
Street. Go to the 4-way stop (14th and Marshall). Continue straight
ahead to Walnut and the park entrance is on your left.

Admission
Prices
Tickets will be sold at the gate at Lawson Park, beginning one
hour prior to the first game of the day.

Tickets are sold only at the gate. All seats are General
Admission.

Cooler
Policy
No coolers will be permitted inside Lawson Park during
the tournament. Water will be provided for competing teams in the
dugouts.

Parking
There's no charge for parking and there's plenty of parking
inside Lawson Park. Some of the parking is close to the field of
play. Remember, you park at your own risk. The tournament is not
responsible for damages from a foul ball or errant throw.

Amenities
The concession stand is located behind home plate. There's a wide menu of sandwiches, soft
drinks, popcorn, candy, and other snack items. Restrooms are located on the southeast side of the concession stand
building. Lawson Park also offers picnic areas and playground equipment.

Souvenirs
Souvenir t-shirts & caps will be sold during team check-in
and at the concession stand during games. The
cost is $12 for t-shirts & $20 for caps. Supplies are limited, so act fast for the best selection of
sizes.

Tournament
Icebreaker
A cook-out for all coaches, players, and families will be
held Thursday evening, July 24th at 4:30 p.m. at Rural King Supply,
located at 4216 DeWitt Avenue in Mattoon. Players & coaches
should wear their jerseys.
After the cook-out,
players can swim for free from 6:30-8:00pm at Lytle Park Pool at 3301 Western Avenue in
Mattoon.

Opening
Ceremonies
All teams will participate in Opening Ceremonies on
Friday, July 25th at 5:30 p.m. at Lawson Park. All players and
coaches should report to the park in full uniform at 5:00 p.m. that
evening.

Future
Tournaments
The champion of the Ohio Valley Regional tournament advances to the
Cal Ripken World Series in Martin, TN, August 7-14.

Radio
Broadcasts
All Mattoon games will be broadcast live on WEIU-FM Radio
(HitMix 88.9). In the Mattoon area, the station broadcasts at
88.9 FM. Outside the area, you can listen live over the
internet at www.weiuhitmix.net.
